Originally from the National Basketball Association's (NBA), the annual steal award is for the person who has stole many things in a roleplay (Naruto, Bleach, Fairy Tail, Monster, etc). The award can only be achieved if you stole something within a roleplay (like a Sharingan, or a loved item).
